As we close out 2023, we’re grateful for an incredible year for our team. Mid-South would not be the company it is today without our hard-working employees and faithful customers. While we look back at all that our company has accomplished this year, we also look forward to another year moving Forward Together.

Training Sessions

First up, we conducted more than 100 sessions for our employees, ranging from First Aid to Personal Protective Equipment training. These sessions are crucial for ensuring our crews’ safety on and off the roof.

Toolbox Talks

Over the past year, our team has completed over 50 weekly toolbox talks, communicating with our crews about timely safety issues. These discussions allow us a chance to focus on seasonal and relevant content that is important for our crews to keep in mind whether they are traveling, installing a new roof system, or servicing an existing roof. Thank you to our foremen for discussing these topics with your teams.

TPO Installation

We installed a significant volume of Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) – more than 7,000,000 lbs. In comparison, this is equivalent to nearly 90 fully loaded semi-trucks in weight. TPO roofing is a popular choice for its durability and energy efficiency, making its large-scale installation noteworthy.

Fastener Usage

Our installation processes used more than 3,156,700 membrane fasteners and 3,699,245 ISO fasteners. Fasteners are critical in securing roofing materials, ensuring longevity and stability. With these numbers, you can see that we’ve made sure that a lot of roofs are secure for many years to come.

Sheet Metal Work

Sheet metal is essential in keeping water out of your roofing system, and we’re grateful to have an in-house sheet metal shop to provide our customers an extra layer of attention to detail on their roof. Our sheet metal crews installed in excess of 450,000 linear feet of metal this year, which is equivalent to 1,250 football fields.

Service Department

We serviced at least 1,105 leak calls, underscoring the importance of timely and efficient maintenance and repair services in preserving roof integrity.

Mission Statement

While we have always had a mission built into the heart of our business, this year, we formally created our mission statement. It reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while underlying our desire to honor God through excellent work in the process. We’re grateful to all of our employees and customers who support us in pursuing this mission daily.

As we look back on a year of substantial achievements and growth, we invite you to consider Mid-South Roof Systems for your roofing needs. Our commitment to safety, proficiency in handling complex projects, and responsive customer service set us apart in the industry. Why You Need A Roofer Onsite When You Install Your HVAC System

It’s common to place the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for large buildings on the roof.
